Features

Simultaneous bonding of large axles is possible at both sides.

Improved productivity

  • Cycle time is reduced with simultaneous double-head pressure welding.

  • Deburring can be performed inside the equipment.

Improved quality

  • The pressure welding status can be automatically judged at all times, allowing the shipped product defect rate to be kept to zero.

  • Thermal distortion is minimal, and high dimensional accuracy is obtained.

  • No spatter is produced, resulting in clean finishing, and allowing a post-process to be omitted.

  • Cost savings are realized by bonding expensive material with inexpensive material.

  • Running costs can be reduced.

  • Power consumption is 1/5 to 1/20 of that of other welding methods.
